I half-assed a cooldown after leg day once, never again! I started lifting heavy for a round, big, perky booty 6 weeks ago and learned quickly that the cooldown is just as important as the workout!
My go-to cooldown consists of foam-rolling glutes/IT-bands and yoga poses like Crescent Moon, Hanumanasana Prep, Revolved Triangle, and Half Pigeon.
