I’m making fruit leathers today! These will make great stuffers for some of my gifts :) from top to bottom: 
•Strawberry Banana
•Strawberry Kiwi
•Apple pie
•Apple pie with pecans
•Banana pie
Just blend, spread out to 1/4 inch thickness and dehydrate for 12-16 hours at 105. Truthfully they might now make it to Xmas, unless I hide them ;) #dehydrate #raw #rawfood #fruitleather #excalibur

It’s going to be a long day of yoga and errands. Packing a lunch and snacks ensures that I’ll eat as healthy and as raw (alkaline) as possible.
In my lunch bag:
Banana
Pear
Salad: Spinach, Kale, Bell Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, Alfalfa Sprouts, Balsamic Vinaigrette 
Veggie Bag: Bell Peppers, Brocolli, Blueberries, Green Onions (to wrap around the Broccoli) 
Trail Mix: Raw, sprouted Sunflower seeds, Dried Apricots, Dried Cranberries, raw Hazelnuts 
And of course a liter of water :) 
This meal is much more affordable than anything remotely healthy that I could get on the go. Eating healthy and raw is easy, tasty and good for you!
