Woohoo Arm Balances!
I’m filming the Intermediate Arm Balance series right now, but in the meantime: How do you feel about the 2 arm balances I’ve already uploaded? Side Crow & Crow Pose
Any areas where you feel stuck? Did you fly effortlessly or are you still working on them?
Remember that even if you don’t feel comfortable getting your feet off the ground in these poses you’re stil gaining the benefits, strength and flexibility of the pose, and you’ll get there when your body is ready :) the key is practice!
