Tabata Yoga Workout - for Upper Body Strength (6.5 minutes)

This routine might just leave you in a puddle on the floor. No worries you’ll be stronger tomorrow! (if not sore) Honestly though, I’m teaching this in my Chaturanga Dandasana workshop this weekend to help students gain the proper strength to do the pose effortlessly.
