Super foods = Super body
Eat more raw foods! Especially this time of year your body needs all the living enzymes it can get to fight off the various infections and winter blahs. I know I feel better when I eat more raw foods, the more raw I eat the less I get sick!
This smoothie recipe is a good start! Simple, delicious, and nutritious. I have all of these foods in my kitchen RIGHT NOW. I’ll blend it with some of the berries I got today =)
But don’t forget about your veggies my friends, try munching on raw veggies for a snack - you could even dip it in homemade guac. Just some ideas :) What are your raw favorite snacks or go-to meals?9 notes
