3 Juicing Recipes for Beginners


  • Body Cleanser: 4 carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 1 beet
  • Clean Sweep: 2 celery sticks, 4 carrots, 20 green grapes,
  • Sweet Juice: 1 apple, 3 carrots, ½ cucumber


  1. Rinse your produce
  2. Cut into appropriate sized pieces. Cut out any bruises or rotting. Cut out seeds and stems. 
  3. Run alternate pieces through the juicer
  4. Enjoy!
