Yoga for Sinus Issues?

Recently, I received a question about what specific postures help sinus issues. This was my response, but I’d love to hear if there is anything else you found that helps.  

"Poses like shoulderstand and plow pose would be very beneficial to relieving and preventing sinus issues. The attached a video has both of these poses, but I think you would benefit more from shoulderstand and plow pose if you held each for a few minutes in your own practice. This will give your muscles time to relax and your sinuses may open up. 

Also adding pranayama to your practice would be helpful to combating the sinus issues. Look up “bellows breath” and “alternate nostril breath” as two great options!”

Have you found any other poses/yogic techniques that help your sinus issues? What about poses that you’ve noticed make them worse?
